Together, Coastal Bend CAN! HAVE A PLAN & BE PREPARED… Started in 2012, the Coastal Bend Coordination and Alert Network (CBCAN) provides tools for response agencies that help any Coastal Bend & South Texas community be better prepared for local emergencies and resilient to major disasters. We encourage all jurisdictions, response and support agencies, responders, local businesses, staff, and residents from across the region to join with others from South Texas to prepare for emergencies. Return to this site often to learn more about how you can prepare for an emergency for your family, your community and with others. CBCAN is part of the ACS - Texas (ACSTX) Program.
