Southern Region Highlights
The Southern Region offers many ways for all Water/Wastewater Agencies to find assistance during emergency response as well as get involved in helping to prepare the region for local emergencies and major disasters.

ERNIE

The Emergency Response Network of the Inland Empire (ERNIE) operates within Riverside and San Bernardino Counties and facilitates public agency preparedness for, response to, and recovery from local and regional disasters to ensure the delivery of critical public services through mutual aid and assistance, as well as, communications and compliance with state and federal emergency standards.
